Corundum porcelain tube is made by high-tech production technology -- self flame high temperature clutch synthesis method. The tube is composed of corundum ceramic, transition layer and steel from the inside to the outside. The ceramic layer forms dense corundum ceramic (Al2O3) at a high temperature above 2200 ???, and forms a solid combination with the steel tube through the transition layer. That is, the seamless steel tube is placed in the tube mould of the centrifuge and in the tube mould. A mixture of iron red and aluminum powder is added to the steel pipe, which is called thermite in chemistry. After the centrifuge tube mold rotates to a certain speed, the thermite is ignited by a spark, and the thermite immediately burns by itself. The combustion wave spreads rapidly, and the following violent chemical reactions occur during the spreading.
